Hastings Construction (reg. no. SA0587991-K) is a wholly owned Bumiputra builder firm, incorporated on 2nd October 2022.  Its business operation is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. 

 

Hastings is involved in house construction business promoting its own building technology and system.

 

Hastings designs and builds a wide choice of ready-designed houses covering low medium-cost, medium-cost, high medium-cost, high-cost, and luxury houses.

 

Hastings, under the design and build contract undertakes the responsibility for the complete design, construction, installation and commissioning of the building and its services system from inception to completion.

 

Owning a decent home nowadays in this high living cost situation, prospective homeowners are looking for no other than quality affordable home.  Good quality homes but at cheaper cost can hardly be found.

 

Our building technology is able to bring saving in costs between 15 to 25 percent compared to conventional construction system widely practised by most builders in the country. 

 

We extensively used concrete blocks, clay bricks, and granite rubbles as principal structural materials for walls to all of our houses.  The so called load-bearing wall system eliminates steel reinforcement and structural concrete frames.  The system thus saves substantial cost on materials and labour.
